My response was, “Your journey doesn’t need a roadmap; it needs a first step.” I wanted to emphasize the importance of taking action rather than being caught up in some elaborate program.  Too often, we get stuck before we even leave the house. Our minds stack up every reason why we shouldn’t or what might happen, rather than just taking that first step to accomplish the thing that we fear. Ninety-nine percent of the time, our fears were larger than reality.
